Do you ship worldwide?

Yes, we do!
Will my package include tracking?

Yes, all parcels are dispatched with a tracking number.. We are in no way responsible for any import or duty taxes imposed by your country. Please check these charges before placing your order.
Will I have to pay taxes?

Each country has its own customs rules and policies. Please contact local customs for more information. If, in rare cases, import duties or taxes are charged, the customer is responsible for paying them.
How long will my order take to ship?

In light of COVID-19, orders may incur unexpected Shipping Delays. Your order will be dispatched within 1 – 5 business days from purchase. Delivery times vary.
Where do you ship from?

We ship from our partnered warehouses & factories located in US & China. So, please expect your items to be shipped separately (if you order more than one item) as different factories specialize in different areas of manufacturing.
Can I cancel an order or return a gift I received?

If you are the sender of a gift and the gift has not yet been sent out, you may cancel by emailing info@curiotoybox.com for a full refund. Unfortunately, we do not offer refunds or exchanges on gifts once they have been sent out.

Are Curio Toy Box Co toys safe for my baby?

Curio Toy Box Co toys are tested to global regulatory safety standards. These standards ensure our toys are safe and can stand up to use and abuse. Our toys have gone through rigorous testing with the leading third-party safety labs. We have worked hard to selected wooden toys that meet the highest standards of safety, quality, and educational value for your family.
What materials are used in your toys?.

Our toys are crafted from wood and Food grade to provide you with beautiful toys that will last for years to come. The other 5% of our toys include other materials depending on their function.
How do I clean my Curio Toy Box products?

Before introducing Curio Toy Box products for the first time, wipe them clean with a damp cloth, and only, if necessary, use a mild soap. Wooden toys are absorbent and because our finishes, paints and stains are water based (so that they are 100% non-toxic), it is also important you thoroughly dry your toys, teether, bibs, dinnerware immediately after cleaning. We do not recommend soaking Curio Toy Box products, abrasive cleaners, or scrubbing. Always inspect teething rings prior to use & remember they are for supervised play only.
