RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchased item, you are always entitled to return or exchange your items within 14 days from the time of delivery. When you want to return or exchange your purchased item(s) to Curio Toy Box Co. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it in, unworn or unused, with any tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. please send us an email at email@example.com and include your order and payment confirmations.
Please note: Unfortunately due to hygiene reasons, we do not give refunds on our Newborn Essentials such as silicone tableware products and our smock bibs.
Please note; the shipping costs for returns or exchanges are on your own expense also international customs duties. Please ensure the item you return will be handled with care. We are not responsible for any damages that happen during the return shipment or for the loss of your item during shipment. We recommend using a postal service that insures the value of your returned products or gives you a proof of posting. Damaged items will not be accepted.
Once we receive your return, all goods will be inspected. Once the item has been accepted we will refund to you bank account within 14 days.
